A. 14-Day Return Policy
- Timeframe: Request returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).
- Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging (note: chiffon/lace requires no snags; voluminous skirts need anti-wrinkle paper).
- Manufacturer Direct and "FINAL SALE" items (e.g., clearance sizes) are non-returnable.
B. Return Process

C. Damaged/Wrong Items

- Incorrect item/size: Received different dress or wrong size (include size tag photo).
- Shipping damage: Wrinkled hemlines, missing accessories (provide packaging photo).
- We’ll arrange replacement, exchange, or refund (detailed shots needed for delicate fabrics).
D. Exchange Policy
- Eligible for:
- Damaged/wrong items, size discrepancies (with body measurements), defective zippers/buttons.
- Designer collaborations require inventory check; custom dresses are non-exchangeable.
E. Fee Policy
- No restocking fees, but personal-reason returns (e.g., wrong size) deduct shipping costs (wedding gowns charged by actual freight).
F. Refund Processing
- Notification within 3–5 business days of receiving returns.
- Original payment method refunds take 1–7 days (credit card refunds may align with billing cycles).
G. Discount Policy
- Unused discounts are non-refundable; "SUMMER CLEARANCE" items refund at paid amount, no price adjustments.
