B. Delivery Timeline & Processing

D. Address Changes

- Restriction: No changes after shipping. Return shipping fees apply for address errors (voluminous skirts require original packaging to prevent wrinkling).
E. Order Cancellations
- Unshipped Orders: Cancel anytime before dispatch (custom dresses must be canceled before cutting).
- Shipped Orders: Refer to Return Policy (wedding gowns are non-cancelable).
F. Damaged Parcels
- Before Delivery:
- Reject the package, contact us with photos of damage/wrinkles for reshipment/refund.
- After Delivery:
- Within 24 hours, send photos of the dress tag and damage (chiffon/velvet items require close-ups) for resolution.
G. Manufacturer Direct Shipping (Designer Dresses)
- Delivery Method: Standard economy shipping, carrier selected by the manufacturer.
- Processing Timeline:
- Handling: 1–2 business days (possible delays for designer stock, with advance notice).
- Transit: 1–5 business days (mountain west may add 1 day).
